At the line smith we only use the best quality materials and put an insane amount of work and time into maintaining the highest quality standard possible.
In case you are running into a problem with your lines we are here to help!
As each claim is different we need to get a clear picture of what happened and how it happened.
Please send us an email with proof attached.
- Your order number
- Describe the problem in short.
- Deliver a minimum of 3 photos of the problem.
1 close up – 1 further away - How many sessions have been done on your bar?
- Describe any memorable situations that may have impacted, crashes, tangles etc.
Please note that keeping vital information from your claim is seen as an fraudulent act. Which will result in voiding of all warranty / service claims.
Covered by warranty:
- Any manufacturer’s defect as determined by The Line Smith
Not covered by warranty:
- Any problems resulting from misuse, abuse, impact on any surface other than water..
- Any problems resulting from excessive sun exposure or winds on the beach, such as discolored graphics and materials.
- Damage due to improper storage and handling of the item, insufficient care and maintenance & assembly.
- Item used after a defect or damage appears.
- Damage caused by any modifications, or defacing the serial number.
- item without the proof of purchase.
- Damage or defects caused by exposure to temperature over 55 and under 0 degrees Celsius.
- Damage caused by transport, loading, unloading, dropping, handling out of water or similar.
- Defects or damage caused by modifications in any way.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Scratches.
